With hurricane season among us, here are some friendly reminders:
-Hurricane shutters may not be placed until a state of emergency has been declared.
-Please ensure all patios are clear of furniture or loose objects that may be taken away with strong winds.
-Trash and recyclable will NOT be collected once a state of emergency has been declared so keep those items stored in your garage.
-Common areas as in the pool and playground will be CLOSED once a state of emergency is declared for safety reasons.
-Please ensure your home has water, batteries, flashlights and other necessary items to wait out the storm.
-All parking rules will remain in effect to allow access for emergency vehicles.
-Once the state of emergency is LIFTED, the common areas will be re-opened and hurricane shutters must be removed within 10 days!
