-Parking on the street during anytime is prohibited.

-ALL vehicles parked on property MUST have a resident decal placed on the bottom right of the rear window. (Blue for owners and Orange for Tenants.) All units receive ONE hanging placard for guests and it is assigned to that unit. Additional placards may be picked up for TEMPORARY use at the phoenix office and MUST be returned.
-ALL vehicles MUST be operable. This includes but is not limited to flat tire, dead batteries, abandoned vehicles, etc.
-The handicap space at the pool is reserved for vehicles with a valid placard.
-NO PARKING in the dashed yellow areas in the guest parking areas.
Please Note: ALL vehicles on property are subject to tow if not parked in agreement with the Seminole Palms Rules and Regulations. Towing from Seminole Palms Property is conducted by Anytime Towing as properly posted at the entrance to the community. Parking enforcement is conducted by Garing Parking Enforcement. All governing bodies including but not limited to Garing Parking Enforcement, Phoenix Property Management and Seminole Palms HOA are authorized to have vehicles towed off of the property.
