UPDATE: Tree trimming will continue on January 14th and 15th. Please ensure all decorations are removed and vehicles are parked away from any trees when the workers are near your home. If you do not plan on being home those days, please plan a head to park in guest spaces or at the clubhouse. Thank you in advance while we complete this project!
Kleen Kuts recently completed a minor trim of all Palm trees that were making contact with the buildings. They will be back around the middle of January to complete a full trim of all trees. Once we have more specific dates we will be sure to inform everyone!
The BOD are requesting all holiday lighting and decorations be removed by January 10th, 2026 in preparation for tree trimming.
