As pool activity increases throughout the year, Seminole Palms reminds all residents about essential pool safety practices. Children must be supervised at all times, and proper swimming attire is required. Running on the pool deck, diving in shallow areas, or bringing glass containers into the pool area is strictly prohibited for everyone’s safety. There is never a lifeguard on duty and everyone is swimming at their own risk.
Please remember that any barbequing or open flames are strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Smoking and vaping are also not permitted to allow all guests using the facility to enjoy themselves. Smoking is permitted outside of the fenced area like the parking lot of sidewalk.
Please dispose of all trash properly in the community trash cans and leace all furniture in the same condition as it was found.
We also ask residents to respect posted pool hours and keep noise levels considerate of nearby homes. If you notice any maintenance issues—such as broken lights, loose tiles, or malfunctioning gates—please report them immediately. Your cooperation helps keep the pool area safe, clean, and enjoyable for all.
