Road Paving: The BOD did decide on a company to complete a complete Mill and Pave of the community. The company will also be making repairs to the valley gutters. New striping will also be placed once paving is complete. Once permits are complete and a complete work schedule is provided by the company, it will be posted.
Front Gutter Replacement: The BOD did decide on a company to replace ALL front gutters including downspouts. Once a schedule is provided to the board by the company it will be posted.
Electronic Gate Access for Common Areas: The BOD did decide on a company to make the pool gates, Bathrooms and Playground gate electronic. Permits have been applied for and production of the new gate has begun. Once install is complete and the software is created, each resident will be provided with remote access to enter these areas.
