Electronic Gate Access for Common Areas: The install of all of the new equipment has been installed. The new system is LIVE! Please check your emails and accept the electronic access. If the link is saying it is expired, please email board@seminolepalms.com to have a new link send to you ASAP! If you wish to purchase a new key fob, please go to the phoenix office and pay the amount of $45 and then email the BOD with a copy of the receipt and a key fob will be provided.
Landscaping: The landscaping committee is currently working on enhancing the front entrance to the community. New lights are being installed and previous lighting is being fixed! New plants are on order for the South side of the new car wash wall. The South fence of the community is currently being enhanced and cleaned up. Please be mindful of the workers while they present with their large equipment.
Mailbox Replacement: The BOD is working on receiving quotes to completely replace the USPS mailboxes.
