Road Paving: The BOD is pleased to announce that the roadway milling and paving of the entire community is COMPLETE! All guest parking areas are back open and normal parking rules are back in effect. Please remember that no parking is permitted on the street or grass. The BOD appreciates everyone cooperation during this major enhancement!
The crew will be back onsite in the coming weeks to place the thermoplastic roadway lines and perform additional clean up. We will update all residents as some parking spaces will be effected.
Electronic Gate Access for Common Areas: The install of all of the new equipment has been installed. The new system is LIVE! Please check your emails and accept the electronic access. If the link is saying it is expired, please email board@seminolepalms.com to have a new link send to you ASAP! If you wish to purchase a new key fob, please go to the phoenix office and pay the amount of $45 and then email the BOD with a copy of the receipt and a key fob will be provided.
