Electronic Gate Access for Common Areas: The install of all of the new equipment has been installed. The new system is LIVE! Please check your emails and accept the electronic access. If the link is saying it is expired, please email board@seminolepalms.com to have a new link send to you ASAP! If you wish to purchase a new key fob, please go to the phoenix office and pay the amount of $45 and then email the BOD with a copy of the receipt and a key fob will be provided.
Landscaping: The landscaping committee is currently working on enhancing the front entrance to the community. New lights are being installed and previous lighting is fixed! New plants have been installed along the car wash wall on both the East and South sides. The South fence of the community has been cleaned up. Mulch is going to be installed in the entrance and common area near the clubhouse.
Mailbox Replacement: The BOD is working on receiving quotes to completely replace the USPS mailboxes.
Holiday Lighting: The BOD has agreed with a company who will install holiday lighting at the entrance of the community for the season.
Speed Reducing Options: The BOD is currently getting quotes on installing Rumble Strips throughout the community to replace the previous Speed Bumps which are no longer allowed to be on the property.
